FC Barcelona continued their perfect start to the season with a tough gritty come from behind 2-1 victory away to Getafe. The hosts had taken the lead following a superb long range strike by Gaku Shibasaki in the 39th minute which was the only goal of the half. Barça though would battle back and substitute Denis Suarez grabbed the equalizer in the 62nd minute. Hope had been restored and jubilation soon followed when another substitute, Paulinho, came on and scored the game winning goal in the 84th minute. The only negative was losing Dembélé to an injury in the first half and no word yet how long he will be out for.
Barça now enjoy a temporary three point lead atop of the standings from closest rivals, Real Sociedad, who host Real Madrid tomorrow, who are currently seven points behind Barça. Next up for the Blaugrana will be a home game at the Camp Nou this Tuesday when they host Eibar.
